These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your installation and use of the All-In-One Adblocker browser extension (the "Extension") and the website at https://aioadblocker.com (together, the "Services"), operated by All-In-One Adblocker ("we", "our", "us"). By installing or using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Services.
The Extension blocks advertisements, trackers, and malicious content in your browser. It is provided free of charge, with no premium tier. We may add, change, or remove features at any time, including updating filter lists and configuration remotely so the Extension keeps working as websites change.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Extension for your own use on devices you control. You may not resell, redistribute, or offer the Extension as part of a commercial product without our prior written consent. Portions of the Extension incorporate open-source components, including filter lists; those components remain governed by their own licenses.
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the Services except where permitted by law; (b) interfere with, overload, or disrupt our servers or circumvent any technical safeguards; (c) use the Services to violate any applicable law or third-party right; or (d) misrepresent your affiliation with us.
The Extension modifies how third-party websites display in your browser. Some websites may restrict access for visitors using content blockers. We are not responsible for the content, availability, policies, or practices of any third-party website. You can pause or disable the Extension on any site at any time from its popup.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that every advertisement or tracker will be blocked, that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any website will function normally with the Extension enabled.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD 100) or the minimum amount required by applicable law, whichever is greater.
You may stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling the Extension. We may suspend or discontinue the Services, in whole or in part, at any time. Sections 6, 7, and 9 survive termination.

Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence applies.
